Join us for an unforgettable adventure within one of the world's most ancient cultures and amongst some of the world's highest mountain peaks. We currently have space open on two treks:

  • The Ghandruk Trek: stroll through rural Nepali villages accessible only by foot and gaze straight ahead -- not up -- at stunning mountains! Sept 28th to Oct 5th
  • The Annapurna Sanctuary Trek: a high altitude hike to the center of a ring of towering snow peaks. Amazing! Oct 11th to 24th

With either trek you can also experience the heart of Nepal (and have a heck of a lot of fun doing it) in The Explore The Kathmandu Valley Game, Oct 5th to 10th. For more info check out our trip blog or email wil.klass@scape.com

Wil August 1st, 2008

Nepal is one of the world’s safer developing countries for travel. If you are comfortable traveling in Costa Rica, Mexico or Thailand you should be comfortable in Nepal too. There are no poisonous animals about. There are no deadly diseases you are likely to contract. Violent crime is rare. Welcome To Our Trek Nepal 2008 Blog

Wil July 18th, 2008

Lance & I are thrilled to be offering a choice of two treks this year: The Ghandruk Trek and the Annapurna Sanctuary trek. Plus, anyone who has gone on an Urban Diversion scavenger hunt around San Francisco knows how much fun that is. Our Nepal version of that — The Explore The Kathmandu Valley Game — promises to be even more of a blast. And, for good measure, we have a little trip to India thrown into the mix.

Check out the various slide shows on the pages linked to above. You can let them run on their own or scroll with your mouse over the image for manual controls. Also, for almost all the photos anywhere on this blog you can click on them for to see a larger version of the image.

Also, anyone is invited to ask questions, make observations, or communicate with your potential tripmates-to-be in the comments section on all of the posts and pages. Or you can email me directly.

I look forward to seeing you in Nepal!
